SIMPLi & Culinary Diplomacy Project: Peru Trip Partnership

Food has an incredible ability to forge deep connections—connecting us to one another, to our own roots, to our ancestors, and to the land itself. In collaboration with The Culinary Diplomacy Project, SIMPLi brought together a remarkable group of chefs in Peru to experience and share Peruvian culture through the universal language of food. SIMPLi and CDP hosted Duff Goldman, Aarti Sequeira, Marcel Vigneron and Fariyal Abdullahi on a culinary adventure through Lima and the Sacred Valley.
